Dunk-n-Fluff offers two styles of fitted diapers: serged and turned & top-stitched. Serged diapers are more economical because they require less labor. Fitted diapers can be made from either knit or woven fabrics. Wovens don’t have the stretch that knits do, so be sure to reference the size charts below to choose the right size for your little one.
I can also dye bamboo velour for fitted diapers as well. I use professional grade procion dyes and set them with the appropriate additives. Each dyed fabric is washed at least once to be sure all excess dye is released from the fabric. I don’t have set colorways, just let me know the colors you had in mind and I can make it happen!
Fitted Diaper Construction:
- Adorable cotton prints or cool dye job bamboo velour outers
- Full body hidden layer of bamboo fleece
- Zorb core inside the diaper throughout the wetzone, top to bottom!
- Inner layer of luxurious bamboo velour next to baby
- Hidden side snaps for ultimate comfort

Snap-in soaker:
- Coutoured fold over shape
- Two layers of bamboo fleece, topped with two layers of bamboo velour
- Snap-in adjustable booster of 3 layers of bamboo fleece. Snap in and adjust it to the front for boys, or swing it around for girls!
OBV dyed diapers have 10 layers of bamboo and 1 core of Zorb.
Measuring for Cloth Diapers
To ensure a custom fit, take the following measurements without a diaper:
Waist: Measure at waist all the way around.
Rise: Measure from belly button (or wherever you like the diaper to rest), to crotch, through the legs and up the back, ending wherever you like the diaper to rest in the back.
Thigh: Measure at fullest part of thigh, all the way around.
Every baby is different—please measure for accurate fit.
