Shipping:
Instock items will shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. All wool items will arrive freshly washed and lanolized.

All items will be shipped USPS with free delivery confirmation on domestic packages. Orders up to $85 to the US ship with Priority Mail for $4.60, over $85 shipping is $6.50. Please email for shipping quotes to Canada and International.

*An exception to this would be the shipment of single pull-on covers. Covers may be shipped First Class for a flat rate of $2.60 for domestic customers and $3.60 for international customers.

Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, please let us know if you are not happy with your purchase. Instock items may be retuned for a full refund minus shipping if item is in unwashed and unused condition.

Custom Orders:
The turn-around for custom orders is two to five weeks from the time final payment has been recieved. We are not able to offer refunds for custom orders once the order has been placed. Deposits are non-refundable.

When placing your order please have a few fabrics in mind in case your first choice is not available due to someone else requesting that fabric before you, not enough for what you have in mind, etc.

Fabrics in the gallery marked as 'limited' mean there is enough for tee patches, accents, sometimes enough for just the body of a tee or just the sleeves, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to email me.

I welcome sewing with your fabric. You will receive a 25% discount for supplying your own fabric. If you are inclined to choose this option look for high quality fabrics that will withstand lots of play. I suggest getting fabrics with 100% or high cotton content.

Please note that certain clothing styles are only suited to knit fabrics because of their need to stretch to fit. T-shirts, reglans, cross-over tops & playdress are good examples of styles that need to be constructed in knit fabrics.
