Our Process

Once we’ve finalized the details of your order I’ll send you an invoice. From that invoice you’ll be able to pay directly with your Paypal account. Unless you’ve already made arrangements with me, payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Before sending payment, please carefully review the invoice for accuracy and let me know if you have any questions. This is super important because I often use the invoices as my work orders.

Once your custom order is paid in full it may not be canceled. However, changes can be made if the order has not been started. Custom deposits are non-refundable; no exceptions. Turnaround for custom orders is 2–5 weeks from the time final payment has been made. If you need your order for a special event or date, please let me know and I’ll do my best to meet your deadline.

In-Stock Return Policy

If you are not happy for any reason with your in-stock order you may return it for a refund minus all shipping charges. You must contact Dunk-n-Fluff within one week of receiving your order and all the items must be new, unworn and unwashed. For repairs, DnF will cover all shipping expenses and will make every effort to return the item back to you with the highest priority.

Custom Order Return Policy

Because custom orders are made to exact specifications for fit and style, I can’t accept returns or exchanges. But more than anything, I want every customer to be happy with their order. If you receive your order and are not happy, please let me know about it! Every item is handmade by me. I do my best to be sure everything I send out is up to my high standards. If a defective item gets by me, I will fix the issue. All shipping will be paid by me and returned to you within a matter days.

Resales/Trades

All guarantees are limited to original purchaser.

Final Sales

All sales are final on items marked as second quality. Items listed in my annual Cyber Monday sale are also final sale regardless if they are first or second quality.

Shipping

In-stock orders will ship within two business days. All orders ship USPS, and all domestic packages ship with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping international is not a problem—contact DnF for a shipping estimate. Insurance is included on all packages valued at $150 or more at no additional charge to you.
